A Fun and Interactive Way to Complement Your Lesson Plans

Live animals are a fun way for children to see their lessons come to life! Our interactive programs allow children to learn more about the diverse life on this planet, different types of animals, and the habitats they live in. Each of our programs can be adjusted to the age appropriate level for your students.

More information is listed below about our most common theme requests, but we are also available to develop custom programs to meet your needs at no additional cost.

Each program include an animal educator and at least seven animals. Some programs also include specific props related to the theme.

Small Groups: Under 30

This option is ideal for classrooms, summer camps, and day care settings. Our 40 minute presentations are highly interactive and allow each child the opportunity to touch and interact with our animals.

Large Groups: Up to 100

This option is ideal for an auditorium style presentation for school assemblies or large groups. Our 40 minute presentations provide information in an interactive style, but interaction with the animals is limited to select volunteers from the audience.

Theme	Included Props	Animals Included
Rainforest	Biome Map, Rainforest Levels Diagram	Animals are selected to show a variety across types of animals as well as which level of the rainforest that they typically dwell. This may include frogs, tortoises, boa constrictors, chameleons, Chinese Water Dragons, an Argentine Tegu, and parrots
Dinosaurs!	Variety of fossils: Spinosaurus tooth, Coprolite, fossilized amber, models of skulls and claws	Animals are selected to represent different types of animals that were around at the same time as the dinosaurs. Our program finishes with the closest modern relative: birds!
What's in My Backyard?	Otter Pelt, Skunk Pelt, Beaver Skull, Porcupine Quills, Snake Shed, Tarantula Molts, and more!	Our representatives from North America include: Desert Blonde Tarantula, Tiger Salamanders, Milk Snake, King Snake, Corn Snake, and Ferrets as representative of the weasel family. Nonnative lizards and tortoises are also included.
Around the World	World Map	We showcase the diversity of animals from around the world. From Asia: Chinese Water Dragons or Blue Tongue Skink From Australia: Eclectus Parrot or Jungle Carpet Python From Europe: Ferrets From Africa: Ball Python, Pygmy Hedgehog, Hissing Cockroaches, Panther Chameleon, or Uromastyx From North America: Tiger Salamander, Milk Snake, or Tarantula From South America: Horned Frog, Red-footed Tortoise, Tegu Lizard, Boa Constrictor, or Chinchilla
Custom Theme	????	We can focus on a specific continent, region, or biome. We have also done themed presentations about specific class of animals (for example birds). For more advanced groups, we can provide more in depth learning about the caring for exotic pets, common illness, or animal behavior.
